Martina Topley Bird performing on the Yeti Stage. She had some trouble getting her loop pedal synced. She finally did and create the backbone of this song with her voice including a beatbox.

It looks like the sun has permanently tucked itself behind clouds. At least it isn’t scorching hot or raining. And of course the wifi made available to the media is spotty, at best. Don’t fret, Verizon to the rescue. I’m connected currently our Verizon USB wireless card. Still very slow to upload videos so I may wait to upload video later tonight. Just saw They Might Be Giants which has been the highlight for me. They incorporated their traveling puppet show, The Avatars of They. Google that when you get a chance.

This is a favorite band in our household - They Might Be Giants. I saw them live in the Los Angeles in the late 80s. They recently released a number of children’s albums including the Grammy-winning Here Come The 123s. This particular video is for one of their more recognizable songs, Birdhouse In Your Soul. I got a chance to do a phone interview with John Flansburgh. Look for audio of the interview in the near future.

Another Canadian band, Tegan and Sara, led by identical twins, Tegan Rain Quin and Sara Kiersten Quin. This is the music video for their single, Alligator. Still trying to schedule a time to interview them.
